1. はじめに
イマカラ（以下「本アプリ」）は、現在地周辺で「今から」入れる飲食店を探すためのアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得・利用する情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。
2. 取得する情報

本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などを直接取得することはありません。アカウント登録もありません。
3. 位置情報の取り扱い
位置情報は、許可された場合にのみ取得します。取得した緯度・経度は、周辺店舗の検索のためにホットペッパーグルメ Webサービス（株式会社リクルート）へ送信されます。本アプリは独自のサーバーを持たず、位置情報を当社サーバーに保存・蓄積することはありません。距離計算は端末内で行われます。
4. 広告について
本アプリは Google AdMob を利用して広告を表示します。AdMob は広告配信のために広告識別子等を利用する場合があります。詳細は以下をご参照ください。

EU等の対象地域では同意管理（Google UMP）により同意を取得します。iOS では「トラッキングの透明性（ATT）」の許可ダイアログを表示します。
5. 第三者への提供
上記の目的の範囲で、以下の事業者のサービスを利用します。
- 株式会社リクルート（ホットペッパーグルメ Webサービス）
- Google LLC（AdMob）
法令に基づく場合を除き、上記目的以外で個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
6. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは飲酒を伴う店舗情報を扱うため、お子様を対象としていません。
7. ユーザーの選択
- 端末の設定からいつでも位置情報の利用許可を変更できます（許可しない場合、店舗検索はご利用いただけません）。
- 端末の広告設定から広告識別子のリセット・パーソナライズの無効化が可能です。
8. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内または本ページで通知します。

Imakara ("the App") helps you find restaurants and bars near you that are open right now. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is handled.

The App does not directly collect your name, email, or phone number, and has no account system.
3. Location
Location is accessed only with your permission. The latitude/longitude is sent to the Hot Pepper Gourmet Web Service (Recruit Co., Ltd.) to find nearby venues. The App has no backend server of its own and does not store your location on any server we control; distance is computed on your device.
4. Advertising
The App shows ads via Google AdMob, which may use advertising identifiers to deliver ads. See:

Where required (e.g. the EU), consent is collected via Google's UMP consent SDK. On iOS, the App presents the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.

We rely on the following services for the purposes above:
- Recruit Co., Ltd. — Hot Pepper Gourmet Web Service
- Google LLC — AdMob
We do not share personal information with third parties for other purposes except as required by law.
6. Children
The App concerns venues that serve alcohol and is not directed to children.
7. Your choices
- You can change or revoke the location permission anytime in device settings (search will not work without it).
- You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad personalization in your device settings.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted in the App or on this page.
